FieldCerta Terms of Service
Effective September 2, 2026. These terms apply to authorized use of the FieldCerta field-photo service.
Authorized use
FieldCerta is intended for the company administrator and employees who have been given a valid access code. Users must protect access codes and use the service only for legitimate company work.
Photos and location
Users are responsible for having permission to photograph a location and for complying with workplace, customer, and privacy requirements. Location and address information may be affected by device, network, mapping, or GPS accuracy.
Google Drive
The administrator authorizes FieldCerta to create folders and store images in a connected Google Drive account. The Drive account owner remains responsible for account security, storage capacity, retention, sharing, and backups.
Service availability
FieldCerta is provided for operational convenience. Features may depend on browser permissions, location services, internet access, Google services, and third-party hosting. The service may be changed or temporarily unavailable.
